Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Because you upload bank statements and government records, we keep your files for the shortest
time needed and delete them automatically.
What we keep, and for how long
- Uploaded files (bank statements, VPTax/PPA exports, Excel files) — auto-deleted 7 days after your report is delivered.
- Generated reports — auto-deleted 7 days after delivery.
- Government-portal password / OTP / session — never stored; used only during the live session.
- AI assistant conversation — not stored; it lives only in your browser for the current visit and disappears when you close the page.
- Account details (name, email, mobile) — kept while your account is active; deleted on account-closure request.
- Payment reference / invoice — retained only as required for accounting and tax law.
Request immediate deletion
You don't have to wait 7 days. To delete your files right away, email
marimuthu50@gmail.com or message us on Telegram/WhatsApp
with your order or payment reference. We delete the files and confirm within 2 business days.
Backups
If any data exists in routine encrypted backups, it is overwritten on the normal backup cycle
(within 30 days) and is not used for any other purpose.
