No. We never store your portal username, password, OTP, or session. Credentials are used only during the live session to fetch the data you requested. We will never ask for your password over chat, Telegram, or email.
That is the AI assistant (உதவி முகவர்). It walks you through each step in Tamil — it points at the exact box to fill next, enlarges the captcha so it is easy to read, helps with the OTP, and explains any error in Tamil instead of English. You can also just type a question. It is free, and you never have to use it: close it and every tool works exactly as before.
No. Your password, OTP and captcha are typed into a separate secure box that puts them straight into the login form and clears itself immediately — they are never part of the conversation. When you type a question, only that question plus the tool and step you are on are sent to our AI provider; anything that looks like a password, OTP, account number, PAN or Aadhaar is removed first, in your browser and again on our server. Uploaded files and generated reports are automatically deleted 7 days after delivery. You can ask us to delete them immediately — see the Data Deletion Policy.
The website price is full self-service for the whole year — you generate the reports yourself (e.g., VPTax ₹500/year). The Telegram price is an assisted quick request, per month (₹49) — our team runs it for you.

We retry automatically. If it still cannot be completed, we don't charge you — and if you already paid, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
